Our commitment
The association processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
Legal bases
Membership administration (contract), legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation), answering enquiries and publishing results (legitimate interest), and photographs at events (consent).
Security
Access to member data is limited to Board members who need it. Records are stored securely and reviewed regularly.
Photographs
Photos taken at club events may be published. Anyone may ask for a photo of themselves to be removed, and we obtain parental consent for images of minors.
