Data we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you contact us, and member details (name, contact details, playing results) when you join the club.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To answer enquiries, administer membership, organise sessions and tournaments, publish results, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tournament results may be shared with partner clubs and federations. Data may be disclosed where required by law.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Membership records are kept for the duration of membership and as required by Romanian accounting law afterwards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). Write to us at the email above.
