Non-Profit Governance Charter
Adopted by the General Assembly
Status
Asociația Clubul de Bridge Alcala is a non-profit, non-governmental and apolitical association under Government Ordinance no. 26/2000, registered under NRN 433/A/1997.
Purpose
Promotion of bridge and mental sports, education in strategic thinking, organisation of competitions, and cultural and community activities in Cluj-Napoca and across Romania.
Bodies
General Assembly (supreme body), Board of Directors (executive body) and Censor (financial control). Board members serve without remuneration.
Conflicts of interest
Directors declare any personal interest in a decision and abstain from voting on it.
Financial integrity
Income from fees, donations, sponsorships and grants is used solely for statutory purposes. Annual accounts are reviewed by the Censor and approved by the General Assembly.
Non-discrimination
Membership and participation are open to all without discrimination based on age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability or any other criterion.
